Well, technically you don’t have to wait until summer to make this. Just anytime you crave an ice cream float, but if you’re like me, that means ALL. THE. TIME. Haha.

I like to wait until my ice cream melts a little bit before going to town on my drink. I have also debated on making a freeze with these ingredients so it’s all mixed together and thick! This takes my coconut-lime obsession to a whole new level! It’s crazy good! If you hate Coke, try Dr. Pepper or Pepsi. Just make this! You can also totally buy Coconut Gelato from most stores, so if you are pressed on time and need this NOW, just run to the grocery store and buy what you need! Enjoy!

  1. This was the first site for a float that I clicked. Your recipe was so easy that I ran with it. I adapted it to the things I have, for instance, lemon instead of lime, and I used chocolate ice cream. The silver lining here is that you planted a seed in me because I’m going to think about lime and coconut ice cream the next time if I don’t forget first! Thank you for making this site. Keep up the good work.
