One thing I love about Spring is how fresh fruit, especially citrus fruits, can bring you out of the winter woes and help you escape into a happier place. We didn’t get a whole lot of snow here in Utah this year, so it’s already been SUPER NICE weather, but I’m thinking about all of you friends still buried in mounds of snow, wishing for it to melt ASAP!

Today, we’re making a SUPER EASY Virgin Sangria with some bright, cheerful fruits, and bubbly soda. Traditional Sangria is made with wine, chopped fruit, a sweetener (honey, sugar, syrup, or orange juice), and a small amount of added brandy. Well, today we are going for the non-alcoholic version, so the whole family can enjoy it!
All you need is grape juice concentrate, Canada Dry Ginger Ale®, and fresh cut fruit. I used apples, oranges, limes, and lemons! First things first, head to Walmart and pick up your ingredients. The Canada Dry Ginger Ale® is with the other liter bottles of soda, AND there is a brand new Canada Dry Blackberry Ginger Ale® flavor out that I am excited to try! I keep checking the stores every time I am there to see if they’ve stocked the shelves with it yet! I bet it’s delicious!
After you have what you need, it’s as simple as pouring the liquids into a pitcher and cutting up some fruit to put in there! The longer it sits, the more the fruits marry into the drink! Perfection!
You are going to love this simple, bubbly, and colorful drink for your Springtime gatherings!
