Beefy Nacho Soup

Are you guys sick of soup yet? I hope not, because I have got more coming!!! This one could not be any easier & it is bursting with flavor!

Beefy Nacho Soup

My kids really liked this one, which surprises me because my son in particular hates ground beef. My husband was super excited to take the leftovers to work the next day as well. There is no reason not to try this soup during the cold weather months. It’s too easy & too good not to! Let me know what you think 🙂

  1. I made this soup last weekend & it was so good that I’ve been telling everybody I know about how good & easy it is. I added a can of rinsed black beans to it & that made it even better. It is a good soup to keep all of the ingredients on hand for if you have unexpected company or get snowed in. Thanks for this great recipe.

  2. I am so ready to start making soup everyday. This looks delicious! I can’t wait to try it.
