Whenever I make something “cutesy” my kids go crazy for it! They just giggle with excitement. It’s adorable! My favorite thing about these pudding cups is that they are SO easy to make! Pop open the Snack Pack puddings with the easy open lids, add a few decorative mix-ins and voila! A festive dessert for Easter!

The pudding itself may be a new pregnancy craving of mine, but hey! One Snack Pack has the same amount of calcium as an 8 oz glass of milk, so that’s practically good for you, right?! 😉

This project couldn’t be more fun! The kids can totally help too. It’s seriously 4 ingredients!

First head to your local Walmart and pick up some Snack Pack pudding. It’s in the aisle with the gelatin dessert boxes and marshmallows. I picked up the 6 count Chocolate SUPER Snack Pack.

I also grabbed some orange candy melts, strawberries, and Oreos, to make these fun for a Spring or Easter treat!

Carrot Easter Pudding Cups - Tutorial

Melt the orange candy melts (they taste like vanilla) in the microwave according to the directions on the package. Then dip your (rinsed and dried) strawberries into the orange melts, scrape off any excess, and lay them on a piece of wax paper. Put some of the melted orange candy melts into a zip-top sandwich bag. Cut off the corner, and drizzle a zig-zag line across the orange strawberries for a “carrot”-type look.

Crush some Oreos in a zip-top bag with a rolling pin. About 1 Oreo per pudding cup.
