Sometimes, you need a simple, yet crowd-pleasing appetizer to snack on while you watch the basketball game with your friends, so you run to the frozen snacks and appetizers section at Walmart and grab a couple boxes of Delimex Taquitos and Tamales, and throw together a quick dip for your hungry crew!

It’s kind of awesome that you can bring this $1 off on any TWO (2) Delimex® Frozen Taquito products (Excluding Fruit Taquito Products) at Walmart coupon with you! (Hurry! This coupon is available from March 9th, 2015 through April 7th, 2015 and expires May 4th, 2015, so print it while you can!)
I’m all about easy, but what I eat has to have flavor too! My husband was super impressed with the quality and authentic taste of the Delimex Tamales, and my daughter and I can’t get enough of yummy Taquitos! Both are great game day eats so you can spend more time watching the game, rather than fixing snacks in the kitchen! But, I’m totally one of those people who like everything dipped or smothered in ranch, so I came up with a bold, 4 ingredient, chipotle ranch dip to serve with these convenient Delimex Mexican favorites!
I typically have mayonnaise, sour cream, and dry ranch mix on hand, so all I had to do was pick up the chipotle peppers with the Delimex Taquitos and Tamales. If you don’t have a big container of dry ranch mix like I do, 1 store-bought packet will be sufficient. Blend up your 4 ingredients in a blender or food processor and then you will have the perfect dipping sauce or topper for your Mexican snacks!

I have to say that this “4 ingredient” Chipotle-Ranch dip looks delicious. My only comment though is
why is it a 4 ingredient dip that uses 5 ingredients? 1 Mayo, 2 Sour Creme, 3 Ranch dressing mix,
4 Chipotle pepper and 5 Adobe Sauce
Hi Dan! The chipotle pepper and adobo sauce come from the same can, so I consider it a two-in-one ingredient. 🙂
Where did you get the big container of ranch powder?
I get it at Sam’s Club. You only need one packet or 3 Tbsp for this recipe though. 🙂
Oh yum, Amber! Love the idea of chipotle flavored ranch.
Heck yes! It’s addicting!
Taquitos are my favorite appetizer! This ranch dip looks so good. Pinned to try at our next party!

We eat their chicken and cheese taquitos every Sunday night, we love them! Definitely going to have to give this ranch a try with them too. Such a great idea!
Awesome! The beef and cheese ones are really good too! My daughter likes them for lunch! I think you would enjoy this dip with the chicken and cheese taquitos as well!
