FAQ’S:
Q. Can I substitute [this ingredient] for [another ingredient] in your recipe?
A. Chances are, I haven’t done the substitute you are suggesting. Do substitutions at your own risk. There are no guarantees that the recipe will turn out as well if you do a substitution.
Q. Can you provide me with the nutritional information for your recipes?
A. There is a built in nutritional calculator for my recipe card. If I have run this tool on the recipe you are reading it will give you an estimate of nutritional values, but I do not guarantee its accuracy.
