Here I go with the citrus again! You know me & my lime addiction! And if you don’t, just check out all my lime posts. I am loving this hot summery weather that we are already having, but let’s face it, you gotta stay cool right? Hence, this post. I think I found my new favorite drink: Frozen Coconut Limeade!

Don’t get me wrong, I love my Brazilian Lemonade (which is actually a limeade.)  This is practically the same as Brazilian Lemonade, except coconut-y & frozen! It’s like a little frozen mocktail ready to be enjoyed while basking in the sun! Are you ready for summer? With this drink you should be!

Frozen Coconut Limeade

Ingredients

  • 5 cups ice
  • ¾ cup Lite Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut, (found in the alcoholic mixers aisle at the grocery store)
  • 4-6 Tbsp frozen Limeade concentrate, (more or less depending on desired level of tartness)
  • 3 Tbsp water

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender & blend on high until smooth.
