Don’t get me wrong, I love my Brazilian Lemonade (which is actually a limeade.)  This is practically the same as Brazilian Lemonade, except coconut-y & frozen! It’s like a little frozen mocktail ready to be enjoyed while basking in the sun! Are you ready for summer? With this drink you should be!

    Well, we put the lime in the coconut… and fell in love! Thank you for this delicious, refreshing recipe. It’s perfect as is, but, we replaced the water with silver tequila and had an even more delightful weekend. 😉

  2. I just made this. Bless you, this may be the best thing I ever drank. It’s like a vacation in a glass. And the cherry on top is it’s a fabulous mocktail for this pregnant lady!

    1. That’s great to hear! So glad you like it Lex! Drink up!

    Sounds so great! Love your readers suggestions too, mmm, mint. I love making Brazilian lemonade. I may have to add some coconut and ice to my next batch!

    1. That sounds refreshing!

  5. I am excited to try your recipe. I love coconut! One of my favorite summertime drinks is what we call “Green Lemonade”. It is so refreshing. Fill your blender almost half way with green grapes. Add one celery stick and a slice of lemon (I include the peel, but I am using a Vitamix). Fill to the top with ice cubes. Drizzle some honey or agave over the top (to your taste). Mix on high. It should look like a green frappe when you are done. Enjoy.

    1. Wow, that sounds like a fun drink! Thanks for sharing!

  6. Add just a couple sprigs of mint to the blender and the mint will keep you cooler….that’s why you always see mint sprigs in southern sweet teas and mint julep …because it really does make you cooler…I should know I’m the queen of mojitos….;D~>-{

    1. Huh, I’ll have to try mint in some drinks. Thanks for the tip!
