Let me show you how to make this. All you need is frozen blueberries, lime juice, honey, and some plain, non-fat Greek yogurt.
Put all the ingredients into your food processor (or blender) and blend until smooth. You may need to stop and scrape the sides, but it doesn’t take more than 2 to 5 minutes max to create a soft-serve blueberry frozen yogurt!
My kids really enjoyed this and so did I! It’s so fresh, bright, and tasty! If you want it a little more solid like ice cream, then freeze it up to 1 hour, then scoop and enjoy!
If you freeze this longer than an hour, you may want to blend it up again with a little water before eating it. It doesn’t scoop very well after being completely frozen, but it’s a great addition to smoothies if you do have any frozen leftovers!
