Monte Cristo Sliders are just like the sandwich, but mini. They’re sweet and salty with turkey, ham, cheese, and jam inside of soft dinner rolls. An easy appetizer, dinner, or party food!
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease or line a 13x9-inch pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
Use a serrated knife to cut each dinner roll in half. Place the bottom halves inside the prepared pan.
Fold the deli meat slices into fourths and layer each sandwich with: 1 slice of turkey, 1 slice of ham, some shredded Swiss cheese, and 1 Tablespoon of raspberry preserves/jam.
Replace the top half of the rolls.
Melt the butter and allow it to cool slightly. Whisk in the honey and egg. Brush the mixture over the top of the rolls.
Loosely cover the top of the rolls with foil and bake at 325˚F for 25-30 minutes until the cheese melts and everything is heated through properly (internal temperature of 165˚F). Serve sliders hot with powdered sugar sprinkled over the top.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 5 days.
Nuke one leftover sandwich in the microwave for 30-45 seconds to reheat.
